The Public Groups Problem — Answering Drummond's 26 July 2026 Telegram Allegation

On 26 July 2026 Andrew Drummond published his gravest allegation yet in a campaign now nineteen months old: that Bryan Flowers held a “secret Telegram account” belonging to groups trading child sexual abuse material, and that Thai police leaked a confidential complaint to warn him, prompting him to close the account rather than be investigated.

Three things are true, and each of them can be established by the people entitled to establish it — a platform, a police force or a court, on request through his lawyers. Bryan Flowers has one Telegram account. Its username is the same as his LINE username — he chose the same handle on both applications when he opened them, has never changed it on either, and the account is open today. The handles in the screenshots Drummond published are not that handle. They belong to impersonation profiles. No police officer has ever contacted him about a complaint of this kind, from any force, at any time. There was no tip-off and no account was closed, because there was no second account to close.

And then there is the question the article never puts to itself. Drummond published screenshots of the groups he says traded explicit videos of children as young as five. He states the scans were “taken over two years”. He states that “considerable other material has been obtained including images”, adding that “no laws have been broken in the process”. And he states that the groups “have already all been taken down by Telegram”. So: how does he know what was inside them? How does he know what was being traded? Who held access for two years, and why was none of it reported on the first day? Those questions are the subject of this page.

Bryan Flowers has two children. This is the nineteenth month of a campaign in which the same harassment channel has already republished video of his son when the boy was eleven, and in which the man financing it admitted in writing that he “paid him extra to drag Bryan's family and friends into it” . That is the context in which an allegation of this kind arrives, and it is why it is answered here in full rather than ignored.

Statement — Bryan Flowers

In His Own Words

Bryan Flowers has one Telegram account. The username on it is the same username he uses on LINE. He picked the same one for both when he opened them, he has never changed it on either, and that account is still open today. Anybody who has ever messaged him on either app can check that for themselves.

The accounts in Mr Drummond's screenshots are not his. There are two of them and they are impersonations. He did not create them, he has never controlled them, and the handles on them are not the handle he has used for years in front of everybody he deals with.

No police officer has ever contacted him about any complaint of this kind. Not the Central Investigation Bureau, not the AHTD, not Pattaya, not Bangkok, not anyone — not in person, not by phone, not through his lawyers. Nobody tipped him off, because there was nothing to tip him off about. He did not close an account, because he never had a second one to close.

Mr Drummond has also written that Bryan Flowers deleted his Facebook pages and profile. He did not. He lost long-standing accounts, including one he had held for fourteen years, after a mass-reporting campaign by Adam Howell aimed at several of his business pages. That loss was substantial and it had real consequences: fourteen years of contacts, business presence and personal history, gone. An account taken down by a coordinated reporting campaign is the opposite of an account its owner deleted, and the difference is not a subtle one.

It is the same twist applied everywhere else. He has written repeatedly that Bryan Flowers is “on the run” from Thailand (Lie #1), and that an arrest is imminent or an investigation is under way (Lie #7). Neither has ever been true. UK ACRO and Royal Thai Police certificates record a clean criminal record, and Pattaya City, Banglamung, Tourist Police and CSD records confirm no investigations (/verification). A real event — a man losing accounts he had held for fourteen years — is recast until it fits the story being told.

And he does not answer what comes back. Cohen Davis Solicitors served a 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim on 13 August 2025. An updated Letter of Claim followed on 18 February 2026. A case brought by Bryan Flowers in Thailand has been served on Mr Drummond at his UK address. He has replied to none of them. A man who publishes allegations and then does not answer the proceedings those allegations produce has chosen which parts of the process he takes part in.

Bryan Flowers has two children. Being accused of this is the worst thing that has been said about him in nineteen months of being written about, and it is being said by a man who has never once contacted him to ask a question before publishing. The same allegations were put to the Pattaya police, to the Bangkok police and to the Anti-Human Trafficking Division by Adam Howell over the past two years. They were looked at. No charge has ever been brought against him, because there is nothing there.

One last thing. If a person genuinely believes they have found groups trading videos of five-year-old children, they report it that day. They do not spend two years collecting screenshots of it and then publish them on a website. Bryan Flowers wants an answer to that, and so should anybody reading this.

— The position of Bryan Flowers, as stated by him, 27 July 2026

The Central Problem

He Published the Groups He Says Contained It

Strip the 26 July article back to its own sentences and a problem appears that has nothing to do with Bryan Flowers at all. It is a problem about the article.

Drummond published screenshots of Telegram groups. He tells the reader those groups were trading explicit videos of Thai children as young as five. He then tells the reader three further things, in his own words:

  • “These are two of many scans taken over two years.”
  • “Considerable other material has been obtained including images. No laws have been broken in the process.”
  • “The CSAM groups here have already all been taken down by Telegram.”

It may be said — and this page says it first, because it is the obvious answer — that Andrew Drummond did not gather any of this himself. His own 2 December 2025 article records that “we were contacted by Howell who unloaded his files”, and the 26 July piece names Adam Howell as the person who took the Telegram material to the police. On that reading the two-year collection is Howell's, not his, and the questions about who was inside those groups are questions for the source.

Accept that entirely. It changes who answers the collection questions. It changes nothing about the decision this page is actually concerned with, because whoever gathered the material, one person chose to publish it. That decision is not in dispute, is not attributable to a source, and is the one that cannot be explained.

Here is why. By his own statement the groups were already deleted before the article went up — “the CSAM groups here have already all been taken down by Telegram”. Publication could not therefore help a single reader find them, report them, or get them removed. There was nothing left to protect anyone from. Whatever the screenshots achieved by being published, it was not the protection of children, because by the time they were published the thing they depicted was gone.

And a publisher handed material of this kind by a source is not without obligations. He decides whether to report it, when, and to whom; whether to satisfy himself the account attributed to a named man is actually that man's; and whether to put identifiable screenshots in front of a general readership or describe them. A reporter who receives this material reports it — that day, to the platform and to a force or hotline with jurisdiction — and is then able to say so in print, naming the body and the reference, because that is what gives the report its authority. The 26 July article contains no such line: no date of first report, no recipient, no reference number. It contains an archive described as two years old, an assertion that images were obtained, and the author's own certificate that he broke no laws in the process.

Which leaves two readings of the publication decision, and only two.

Either he believed what he was told the material was

In which case he published identifiable screenshots of groups said to depict the abuse of five-year-old children, to a general readership, after those groups had already been removed, without stating that he had reported any of it to anyone. On his own account of what the material was, that is indefensible whoever collected it.

Or he did not believe it

In which case the gravest allegation he has ever published against Bryan Flowers — the one in his own headline — was published without belief in its truth, against a man with two children, on the word of a single source who has admitted in writing to paying him to attack that man and paying extra to reach his family.

The Artefact Itself

What the Screenshot Actually Shows

Everything above concerns what follows from the screenshots. This section concerns the screenshots themselves — the primary artefact of the article, the thing readers are pointed at. They are published in his piece and anyone can look at them.

Start with the caption he wrote under them. Two screenshots are published. His own caption reads:

“Both contain adult porn and drugs groups but only the [name redacted] group shows groups with child sexual abuse material.”Redaction ours. The caption names one of the two accounts; this site does not reproduce that identifier, for the reasons set out in the editorial note.

Read it again. By his own description, one of the two screenshots he published contains no such material at all. Adult pornography and drugs groups. That one is published anyway, beneath a headline about paedophile networks, in an article whose subject is a named man with two children. He is not being paraphrased here and no inference is being drawn. That is his sentence, about his own artefact, sitting directly underneath it.

Now look at what kind of image it is. These are directory listings — a list of group names of the sort any Telegram user sees when browsing. They are not conversations. They are not media. They are not member lists. A listing tells you what a group is called. It does not tell you what is inside it, who posted anything to it, who read it, or whether the person named in the article was ever in it. The article rests its gravest allegation on an image type that cannot carry it.

And look at what is visibly on the listings. A number of them carry 18+ designations — the platform's own adult-content label, applied to age-restricted material. That label is the opposite of the allegation. Child sexual abuse material is not age-gated on any platform in the world; it is removed, which is precisely what Drummond says happened to these groups elsewhere in the same article. A group the platform has age-restricted has been categorised by it as adult content. A group the platform has identified as containing abuse material does not carry a badge; it ceases to exist.

Then look at what is absent. Nothing visible in the listings refers to minors, to children, or to ages. And nothing refers to sale, purchase or trade — which is worth pausing on, because tradingis the article's own word for what these groups were supposedly doing. The claim is that material was being traded. The evidence offered is a list of names. Those are not the same kind of thing, and no amount of caption can turn one into the other.

The names themselves are publicly recognisable as very large adult groups. That requires no access and none is claimed — nobody joined anything, opened anything or looked inside anything. The names alone identify what they are, which is the point: they are not obscure, they are not hidden, and they are not what the headline says.

This section asks nothing of the reader on trust. The screenshots are in his article. The caption is under them. Look at the artefact, read the headline above it, and decide whether one supports the other.

The Follow-Up — 28 July 2026

He Answered. Here Is What He Said.

This page went live on 27 July 2026. On 28 July, Andrew Drummond published again — a follow-up under a headline joining a plan to sell used underwear to “links to online child abuse material”. It is longer than the first article and it adds new allegations: a used-panties venture, an escort website, multiple email addresses, a “data scrape”, webcam work during COVID, and a question about a work permit.

None of that is the important part. The important part is one sentence he wrote about himself.

1. He stated the law himself — and it convicts his own story

Explaining why his investigation went no further, he wrote:

“It is illegal to join these groups.”

One day after the section below on the law was published, he stated the legal position himself, unprompted. And he stated it in the same article in which he tells readers his material comes from someone who was inside those groups taking screenshots across two years.

Both of those cannot be true at once. Either joining is unlawful — in which case two years of insider access is not an investigation, it is a course of conduct, and it belongs to somebody who has never been named as having done it, never explained why, and never reported it to anyone. Or joining is not unlawful — in which case his stated reason for stopping is not the real one.

Set his two articles side by side. On 26 July he certified to his readers: “No laws have been broken in the process.” On 28 Julyhe wrote that joining these groups is illegal. Two days, two articles, the same conduct, opposite legal conclusions — and the second one is the one that describes what his source did for two years.

He is not being accused of anything here. He is being quoted. The contradiction is entirely his, it is in writing, and it is dated.

2. He named his source. He left out everything that matters about him.

The follow-up is unusually open about where the material came from: it rests, in his own description, on Adam Howell's records, and he describes Howell as a defrauded investor.

Here is what the article does not tell its readers about that man. That on 28 August 2025a Thai court convicted him of criminal defamation for these same allegations against this same person. That three further criminal cases and one civil case are pending against him on the same fact pattern. That among those charges are ones arising from making false allegations to police. That he has left Thailand for Dubai. And that he was recorded, in writing, offering payment to have this campaign run — including extra to reach the family.

Not one of those facts appears. A reader of the 28 July article is told that the source is an investor who lost money. That is technically a description of Adam Howell. It is also the only description under which any of this reads as journalism.

Readers can assess the source themselves: the messages in which he offers payment, and the conviction and the cases still pending.

3. The used underwear

The headline's device is to put a plan to sell used underwear in the same sentence as child abuse material. Nothing in the article connects them, because nothing connects them.

What happened is ordinary. A friend was starting a business selling used underwear between consenting adults and asked Bryan Flowers for help marketing it. He gave that help. He also covered it openly on his own YouTube channel at the time — under his own name, to a public audience, while it was happening. In the end the friend decided not to proceed and the business never launched.

Selling used underwear between adults is lawful in Britain and in Thailand. It is a legal, if unglamorous, corner of the adult market, and it has no relationship of any kind to the allegation in the headline. The article asserts the join and then supplies nothing to support it, which is the pattern of the whole campaign: place a lawful adult business beside a criminal allegation and let the reader do the work that the evidence cannot.

The detail that ends it is the video. Concealment does not look like publishing something on your own channel under your own name.

4. The escort website

He holds a small interest in one adult site among a large portfolio of websites he promotes and invests in. It is lawful adult commerce. It is not a crime, it is not concealed, and it is not what the headline alleges.

One distinction matters here, because this site has been careful about it from the start. Hostinga domain whose content is written and controlled by somebody else — the position on the sites addressed in Lie #15 and Lie #55 — is one thing. Holding a small stake in a lawful adult business is another. They are different facts with different answers, and neither of them is criminal. What they have in common is that Drummond's method does not distinguish between adult and illegal, because his allegation depends on readers not distinguishing either.

5. The email addresses

The article makes something of Bryan Flowers using a number of email addresses. He has hundreds — across his own websites, partners' sites, businesses and subscriptions. Anyone who has run more than a handful of ventures has the same. None of them are hidden and none of them were created for this.

The relevant point is not how many exist but where the article's list came from: a former business partner's recollection of which addresses he thought were Bryan's. That is the source for the identification, and the source is the man in point 2.

6. The “data scrape”

The follow-up introduces a data scrape as the thing that ties an account to a person. It cannot do that, and the reason is technical, not rhetorical.

A scrape collects what is publicly visible — display names, usernames, group titles, whatever a page shows. What it cannot see is who is behind an account. Establishing that two accounts are operated by one person requires platform-side records: registration data, the phone number an account was created with, device identifiers, IP history, session logs. Telegram holds those. They are released to law enforcement on legal process and to nobody else. No journalist and no private individual can produce them, and a scrape does not approach them.

And no scrape has been produced. No method, no date, no author, no tooling, no output — nothing a reader could check and nothing an expert could test. It is the same pattern as the material assertions in Claim 14 and Claim 17: the evidence is described rather than shown, and the description is asked to do the work.

The handle problem also survives it untouched. A scrape cannot make an account belong to someone whose own handles do not match it.

7. The COVID webcam work

Thailand closed its bars for the better part of two years. When they closed, around 300 women lost their income overnight and still had rent falling due.

What was set up in response was adult webcam work — legal, between adults, and done in the open. It kept hundreds of people employed through the closure. Alongside it, roughly 1,000 meals a day were handed out to people in the area who had no work. None of it was hidden — the effort was documented openly at the time, including on YouTube — and it stopped when the bars reopened.

The article's use of the same episode is worth noticing. It also uses a photograph of Bryan Flowers presenting fruit to officials at a Pattaya News event as proof that he uses the publication to promote himself. During that period his own businesses were shut, and those appearances were part of a campaign — run with his wife Punnipa — petitioning to get the bars reopened so that thousands of workers in the city could earn again. That campaign contributed to their reopening.

Feeding people during a shutdown, keeping staff paid, and petitioning to restore an industry's jobs are presented as evidence of sinister character. There is no version of this in which that is honest reporting.

8. The work permit

Bryan Flowers held a Thai work permit for years. He also spends more time out of Thailand than in it — supporting his son in Argentina, returning to England annually, and travelling to Cambodia and China on business.

The article raises the subject without alleging a breach, because there is none to allege. A travel pattern is not an immigration irregularity. No Thai authority has ever raised a question about his status.

9. The Pattaya News

He funds it. He has no editorial role and no say in what it publishes. That has been true throughout and Drummond has been told it repeatedly.

The financial reality is the part his readers are never given: it does not make money. It is closer to a charitable venture than a business — funded because the city has few outlets covering it in English, not because it returns anything.

It is also, on the evidence of his own writing, the thing that animates him most. A funded English-language news operation in Pattaya is the thing Andrew Drummond wanted and did not achieve. That is stated here plainly rather than implied, and readers can weigh it against the volume: twenty-three articles, nineteen months, one subject, and a recurring return to the newspaper.

10. The bars and the workforce

The counts of bars and workers are recycled from the earlier articles and answered where they were first made: Bryan Flowers has had no day-to-day operational role since 2018. The framing that treats investment as control is addressed at Lie #2. Repetition in a new article does not make it new.

11. The man making the allegation

Andrew Drummond left Thailand in January 2015, after roughly twenty-five years there. He cited threats to his safety. He was also, by then, carrying two Thai criminal defamation convictions — both suspended — and further legal proceedings, which Thai press reporting at the time treated as a major factor in his departure alongside the threats.

He now writes about Thai legal proceedings against other people from outside the jurisdiction whose courts he left. There are defamation claims outstanding against him. He has answered none of them. Two UK Pre-Action Protocol Letters of Claim, served by Cohen Davis Solicitors on 13 August 2025 and 18 February 2026, drew one substantive reply between them: an assertion that the jurisdiction was wrong. Nothing on the substance. Not one of the eighty-plus documented false statements has been retracted or corrected.

Questions have also been raised about how his life in Britain is supported. This site does not assert an answer to that and does not intend to; what it holds on the subject is set out, marked unverified, at this page. The standard applied to him here is the one he does not apply to anyone: unproven things are labelled unproven.

12. What the follow-up does not contain

He quotes Bryan Flowers' denial and answers it with a remark that he may wish to review his comment. That is the entire engagement. In an article of that length, published in response to a detailed reply, the following are not addressed anywhere:

  • The handle mismatch. The account he attributes to Bryan Flowers does not match the handles Bryan Flowers actually uses. Not mentioned.
  • His own caption conceding that one of his two published screenshots contains no such material. Not mentioned.
  • The published provenance of the AHTD letter — obtained by Thai counsel and published here in full on 11 June 2026, six weeks before he called it a police leak. Not mentioned.
  • Any of the ten questions put to him below. Not one.

He did publish the impostor username in full. This site continues to redact it, for the reason given in the editorial note: an account that is not Bryan Flowers' belongs to someone, and nothing here will be the thing that directs a reader to it.

In summary. The follow-up adds a lawful marketing favour, a lawful business interest, some email addresses, a scrape nobody has seen, and a pandemic in which people were fed and kept in work. It subtracts the one thing his case rested on, by naming the source without naming his conviction. And it hands over the sentence at the top of this section, in which he states that the conduct behind his own evidence is illegal — two days after certifying that no laws had been broken.

Platform Record

What Telegram Actually Does With This Material

The 26 July article asks its readers to accept a specific factual picture: groups, screenshotted repeatedly across two years, openly trading child sexual abuse material, on a platform where nobody noticed. That picture is checkable against the platform's own published record, and it does not hold up well.

Telegram's own safety documentation states that “since 2018, public images are automatically checked against a hash database of CSAM banned by our moderators over the past decade”, and that “in 2024, we expanded this database with hashes from organizations like the Internet Watch Foundation”. Hash-matching is automatic and applies on upload: known material is fingerprinted and blocked before it circulates. Telegram publishes daily transparency reports on these removals through its stopCA channel, and reports 326,630 CSAM-related groups and channels blocked in 2026. Its Head of Press and Media Relations, Remi Vaughn, has put the scale at “hundreds of thousands of child abuse materials each month”. The Internet Watch Foundation partnership, announced on 4 December 2024, added IWF hash datasets, AI detection and link-blocking — explicitly to the “public parts of the site”.

What this page is not claiming

This material does reach Telegram. The IWF confirmed thousands of reports of child sexual abuse imagery on the platform between 2022 and the 2024 partnership, some of it in the most serious category. Nothing here asserts that such content cannot exist there, and hash-matching by its nature catches material already known to the databases — newly produced material, and content in private or secret chats, sit differently. Saying so is not a concession. It is the difference between a claim that survives checking and one that does not.

The narrower point is the one that matters here, and note that it does not depend on the IWF arrangement at all — that began in December 2024, part-way through the window the article describes. It rests on Telegram's own hash database, which has run since 2018, covering the whole of it. An open group is a difficult place to trade known material undisturbed for two years. Public uploads are fingerprinted automatically, the surface is visible to every member and reportable by any of them, and removals run into six figures monthly with the takedowns published daily. That is the most heavily scanned and most easily reported part of the platform. It is not where an archive of this kind quietly accumulates for twenty-four months.

And Drummond closes the door himself. He writes that “the CSAM groups here have already all been taken down by Telegram”. That sentence places the groups squarely inside the scanned, reportable, moderated surface — the platform found them and acted. He cannot simultaneously rely on the groups being obscure enough to persist unnoticed for two years and visible enough for Telegram to have removed them.

His account therefore requires the material to be two incompatible things at once: grave enough to carry the headline, and durable enough to be screenshotted again and again across twenty-four months, on precisely the part of the platform engineered to prevent that. Large open groups of the kind he published do exist in volume, and they are full of adult material, spam, scam links and bait. The leap from that to the headline is the entire article, and it is made without a single artefact a reader can check.

The Law

What the Law Says About Collecting and Publishing It

What this section does and does not do

This section makes no allegation that Andrew Drummond has committed any offence, and none should be read into it. This site does not know what material he holds, where he holds it, or what that material actually depicts — and it will not assert otherwise, because asserting things it cannot know is the conduct it exists to document in him. What follows is the published law, quoted, set against what he has himself published about his own conduct. Readers can put the two together.

Added 29 July 2026 — he has since stated the position himself. One day after this section was published, in his 28 July 2026 follow-up, Andrew Drummond wrote that his investigation went no further because “It is illegal to join these groups.” Nothing below depends on that sentence — the law set out here is the published law and stands on its own sources. But it is his own assessment, volunteered, and it sits directly against his 26 July certification that “No laws have been broken in the process” and against his account of a source who spent two years inside those groups. Both are examined at the 28 July section above.

A screenshot is not a lesser act. English law treats it as “making” an indecent photograph. In R v Bowden [2000] 2 Cr App R (S) 26 the Court of Appeal held that downloading and printing an indecent image amounts to making it under section 1(1)(a) of the Protection of Children Act 1978. In R v Smith; R v Jayson [2002] EWCA Crim 683 the court went further, holding that causing an image to be displayed on a computer screen amounts to making it. Crown Prosecution Service guidance confirms that “making” covers opening an email attachment, downloading an image to screen, storing it in a directory, receiving it through social media even where unsolicited, and live-streaming.

The offences. Section 1(1) of the Protection of Children Act 1978 covers taking, permitting or making such an image (s.1(1)(a)); distributing or showing it (s.1(1)(b)); possessing it with a view to distribution (s.1(1)(c)); and advertising (s.1(1)(d)). The maximum sentence is ten years. Simple possession falls under section 160 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988, maximum five years. Section 1(1)(b) is the provision that covers distributing or showing such an image, as distinct from making or possessing it.

The defences, stated fairly. Section 1(4) of the 1978 Act and section 160(2) of the 1988 Act do provide defences — a “legitimate reason” for the conduct, and not having seen the image or had cause to suspect it was indecent. Section 160(2)(c) additionally covers material received unsolicited and not kept for an unreasonable time. These are real defences and whether one is available in any given case is a matter for a court, not for this website.

But there is no journalist's exemption, and this is the part most readers will not know. Section 1B of the 1978 Act is the criminal-proceedings exception. It applies only to the making offence, and only to a closed list of people: those for whom it was necessary for the prevention, detection or investigation of crime or for criminal proceedings; members of the Security Service or the Secret Intelligence Service; GCHQ; and, since section 214 of the Online Safety Act 2023, Ofcom staff exercising online-safety functions. Journalists are not on that list. CPS guidance on indecent images records no journalism defence and no public-interest defence anywhere in it.

The Internet Watch Foundation says it plainly. The IWF — the UK body that exists to receive exactly these reports — states: “It is against the law to actively seek out child sexual abuse images, even if the motivation is to subsequently report the content to the IWF or the Police”, and that “specifically searching for content to report to the IWF or the Police would not be a protected defence in court”. Its instruction to anyone who encounters such material is to report the location and then “delete any images or URLs… from your device(s) as soon as you have reported them”. Report, then delete. That is the guidance against which “two of many scans taken over two years” has to be read.

This is not theoretical — it has already happened to a national broadcaster

In March 2017, BBC journalists investigating child abuse imagery circulating in Facebook groups sent examples to Facebook — at Facebook's own request, as a condition of an interview. Facebook cancelled the interview and reported the journalists to the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre and the National Crime Agency. Press Gazette's coverage noted that neither the industry memorandum nor the Protection of Children Act 1978 beneath it contains any public-interest defence for reporters investigating paedophile rings. That was the BBC, with a full legal department, acting in good faith, on a commissioned investigation. It answers the objection “but he is a journalist” before anyone raises it.

Thailand. The alleged groups, the alleged victims, the complaints and the police forces in this story are all Thai. Sections 287/1 and 287/2 were inserted into the Thai Criminal Code by the Criminal Code Amendment Act (No. 24), B.E. 2558 (2015), and expressly reach files held on computers and mobile devices. Under section 287/1, possession for sexual gratification carries up to five years and a fine to 100,000 baht, and forwarding such material to another person carries up to seven years and a fine to 140,000 baht. Section 287/2 covers production, possession, import or export, distribution, public exhibition, and publishing information that facilitates access, for trade — three to ten years and a fine of 60,000 to 200,000 baht.

Which brings the matter back to one sentence in the article that nobody asked him for. Unprompted, in the middle of describing what he had gathered, Drummond wrote: “Considerable other material has been obtained including images. No laws have been broken in the process.” No force is named as having reviewed that conclusion. No jurisdiction is identified. No authority is cited. It is a self-certification, volunteered in a paragraph where no one had challenged him. The question of legality was evidently in the frame before publication. It was answered by the author, about himself, without reference to anyone.

Ten Questions the Article Does Not Answer

These are put to Andrew Drummond directly. Each can be answered in a sentence, and each answer is within reach of the person who published the article — he published the screenshots, he describes the material he says was obtained, and he chose what to print.

Q1.How do you know what is in those groups?

The contents of a Telegram group are visible only to its members. Describing what was being traded inside them requires having been inside them.

Q2.How do you know what was for sale?

Characterising material as being traded is a claim about transactions — about offers, prices and buyers. That is knowledge from participation, not from observation at a distance.

Q3.Who was in those groups for two years, and why did they stay?

The article says the scans were 'taken over two years', and it names the source who took them to the police. Someone therefore held access across that entire period. What the article never asks is why continued access was necessary after the first screenshot, or whether anything was reported at the time.

Q4.When was this first reported, to whom, and what is the reference number?

Anyone who genuinely encounters this material reports it at once — to the platform and to a force or hotline with jurisdiction. A date, a recipient and a reference would settle the question in one line. None is given.

Q5.Why publish the screenshots at all, if the groups were already deleted?

The article states the groups 'have already all been taken down by Telegram'. Publication could not therefore help anyone find, report or remove them. What remains is circulation.

Q6.What were the 'images' that were 'obtained', and who authorised obtaining them?

The article volunteers that images were obtained and asserts in the same sentence that no laws were broken. It names no force, no jurisdiction and no authority as having reviewed that assessment.

Q7.Why does the handle in the screenshots not match the handle Bryan Flowers has used since he signed up?

Drummond holds the screenshots. He is therefore the one person able to place the published handle beside the handle Bryan has used publicly for over a decade and show they match. He has not.

Q8.Will you produce the creation dates of the two accounts?

Creation dates are held by the platform and are discoverable on request by a court or by the platform itself. They would settle in one line whether these accounts are what the article says they are, or were made for the purpose. Neither the article nor its source has produced them.

Q9.How does a two-year archive square with 'report, then delete'?

The Internet Watch Foundation's instruction to anyone encountering this material is to report its location and then delete images and links from their devices as soon as the report is made. The article describes the opposite: accumulation across twenty-four months, ending in publication rather than a report.

Q10.If these were public groups, how did they survive automatic hash-scanning for two years — and if they were not public, who provided the invitation?

Telegram has automatically hash-checked public images since 2018 and expanded that database with IWF data in 2024. Either the groups were public, in which case two years of persistence needs explaining; or they were closed, in which case someone was invited in and stayed. The article does not say which, and the distinction decides everything.

Editorial Note

Why This Page Names Nothing

This page does not reproduce any of the screenshots from Drummond's article. It does not print the name of any Telegram group or channel, any invite link, or any username — not the impostor handles, and not Bryan Flowers' own handle either.

The handles are withheld for two different reasons. The impostor handles are withheld because this site will not put identifiers connected to material of this kind back into circulation, and because they are, on the article's own account, connected to groups it describes as trading images of children. Bryan's own handle is withheld because publishing it would hand the next person a template to impersonate — which is precisely what has already happened twice. Anyone with a proper interest in verifying the mismatch, including a police force, a platform, or a court, can obtain both from his lawyers on request.

This is not a limitation on the argument. It isthe argument. Every claim on this page is made without republishing a single identifier, which demonstrates that the case could have been reported — if there were a case — without publishing them either.

Why This Article Is Different From the Other Twenty-One

  • It is the most serious allegation that can be made against a parent. Bryan Flowers has two children at school in Thailand. An allegation of this kind does not need to be believed to do its work — it only needs to be searchable. That is why it is answered here in full rather than ignored.
  • Its central factual claim is checkable, and it fails. One Telegram account, one handle, identical to the LINE handle, unchanged since signup, still open. The screenshotted handles are different handles. Drummond holds the screenshots and could have made that comparison himself before publishing.
  • The tip-off it is built on never happened. No force has ever contacted Bryan Flowers about a complaint of this kind. The article's entire structure — warned, panicked, deleted — rests on an event that did not occur.
  • These allegations have already been put to three police forces and produced nothing. Adam Howell put substantially the same claims to the Pattaya police and the Bangkok police in 2024, and to the Anti-Human Trafficking Division in the letter published in full at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter. Roughly two years on, no charge has been brought against Bryan Flowers arising from any of them.
  • The material appears after the court notice, not before. Nothing of this kind was raised during the years Adam Howell was Bryan Flowers' business partner. It surfaces only once Howell received his first court notice in the libel proceedings brought against him — the same point at which his attacks moved onto anonymous accounts and began to be routed through Drummond. The article's own “two years” dates the archive to that period rather than to the partnership that preceded it.
  • The source is the same source, and he is a convicted defamer who was paying the author. Drummond's own 2 December 2025 article states that “we were contacted by Howell who unloaded his files”. Howell was convicted of criminal defamation on 28 August 2025 and has admitted in writing to paying Drummond to attack Bryan and extra to target his family (/evidence/paid-to-troll).
The Handles Do Not Match

One Account, One Handle, Unchanged Since Signup

Bryan Flowers uses the same username on Telegram as he uses on LINE. He chose it once, when he opened both applications, and has never changed it on either. The Telegram account is open today. Over more than a decade in Pattaya he has given that handle to staff, suppliers, customers, journalists, lawyers and business partners — including people who are now hostile to him. It is not obscure and it is not new.

The handles in the screenshots published on 26 July are not that handle. There are two of them, and they are impersonation profiles. On Telegram a display name and a profile photograph are chosen freely by whoever creates the account; neither establishes identity. The username is the identifier that matters, and it is the one that does not match.

The significance of that is not merely that the article is wrong. It is that Drummond is the person best placed to have caught it. He holds the screenshots. Bryan's real handle has been public for over a decade. Placing one beside the other is a thirty-second check, and it is the first check any reporter makes before attributing an account to a named person. The article shows no sign that it was made.

Impersonation of Bryan Flowers is not a new assertion invented for this page. An account on X operating under the display name “Bryan Flowers Pattaya Commentary”— not operated by him, and used to post attack and doxxing material in his name — is documented in this site's own platform archive, where ten separate captures of it are held, dated across 2025 (/attacks/x). That archive was assembled and published long before the 26 July 2026 article existed, which matters: the proposition that accounts are operated in Bryan Flowers' name by other people is not an explanation invented to answer this allegation. It was already on the record, with captures, when the allegation was made.

The same record documents Drummond and Howell using false accounts to attach Bryan's name to incidents he had nothing to do with (Lie #45), a 112-account operation on Quora (Lie #48), and a burner network on Reddit (Lie #49). Against that background, an unverified handle in a screenshot is not evidence of who was behind it — and the one person able to check the handle before publishing chose not to.

A secondary point, and clearly secondary: even if the accounts had been his — they are not — the screenshots would still not establish what the article claims. Telegram permits any user to be added to a group by another person, without consent and without prior notice. Appearing in a group is therefore not evidence of having chosen to join it, and a member-list screenshot is evidence of neither posting nor viewing anything. This is noted for completeness, not as an alternative explanation: the accounts are not Bryan Flowers' accounts.

The Tip-Off That Never Happened

The Article's Load-Bearing Wall

The headline is not that Bryan Flowers was accused. It is that he was warned— that the Central Investigation Bureau leaked a complaint to its own subject, and that he reacted by destroying evidence. That sequence is what turns an unproven allegation into a story about guilt. Without it there is nothing to publish but Howell's letter, which has been in circulation for two years and has produced no charge.

No such contact ever occurred. No officer of the Central Investigation Bureau, the Anti-Human Trafficking Division, the Pattaya police, the Bangkok police or any other force has contacted Bryan Flowers about a complaint of this kind — not directly, not through an intermediary, and not through his lawyers. There was no warning and there was no deletion.

The claim also has an internal problem the article never notices. It needs the police to be corrupt enough to hand a confidential complaint to the man it accuses, and functional enough to have received, understood and acted on that complaint in the first place. Yet the same article reports no case file, no summons, no interview, no seizure and no charge arising from any of it. A force capable of leaking is a force capable of recording. The record is empty because the complaint went nowhere — which is what happens to allegations that do not survive contact with evidence.

How the Letter Was Actually Obtained

It Was Not Leaked. It Was Obtained Lawfully — and Published Here Six Weeks Before He Called It a Leak

The denial above answers half the question. Here is the other half: if no officer tipped Bryan Flowers off, how did he come to have the complaint at all? The answer is on the public record, and it has been for some time.

Bryan's Thai lawyers applied for it, formally, and obtained it through the proper channel. When a person is the subject of a complaint in Thailand, counsel can apply for the material on their behalf. That route exists for an obvious reason: nobody can answer an allegation they are not permitted to see. Adam Howell wrote a letter accusing Bryan Flowers of serious crimes and handed it to the police. Bryan's lawyers then did what lawyers are for, and obtained the document their client was accused in.

Disclosure to the accused is not a leak. It is the difference between a legal system and a rumour. The article takes a solicitor performing an ordinary professional function and reports it as police corruption — which requires its readers to accept, without ever saying so out loud, that a man accused of the worst thing there is should have no lawful way of finding out what he has been accused of.

The dates, which anyone can check

11 June 2026

Bryan Flowers publishes Howell's letter to the AHTD Commander in full, on this site, at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter, with a line-by-line rebuttal of every allegation in it. The provenance is stated on the same page, in plain sight: “Working English translation of the Thai original. Obtained via Bryan's Thai counsel. The Thai original is held on file.”

26 July 2026 — six weeks later

Andrew Drummond publishes that Thai police “leaked the full text of the complaint” to Bryan Flowers, and builds his headline on it.

The answer was already published, on the page about the very document he was writing about, weeks before he wrote. Either he did not read it, or he read it and wrote past the sentence that answered him. The “leak” is not a finding. It is an inference he drew from the fact that Bryan had the letter — and he could have tested it by reading one line.

And consider what the article asks you to believe about a man who published it. On Drummond's account, Bryan Flowers was secretly warned by corrupt officers and reacted by destroying evidence. In reality he took the document, put it on the internet under his own name in its entirety — including every accusation it makes against him — and answered it point by point. People concealing things do not do that. It is the same device as Claim 2 running in reverse: there, a thing taken down was offered as proof of guilt; here, a thing put up is ignored entirely because it does not fit.

On the reports themselves: Bryan Flowers has never been questioned. Not interviewed, not summoned, not cautioned, not asked to attend, by any force, in relation to any complaint Adam Howell has made, at any time. That is a stronger statement than “no charge was brought”, and deliberately so. No charge can mean a case was considered and dropped. This is different: across multiple reports to multiple forces over a period of years, nothing Howell has submitted has ever reached the threshold required for a single question to be put to the man he was accusing.

Those reports are now themselves the subject of prosecution. Among the criminal cases pending against Adam Howell in Thailand are charges arising from the making of false allegations to police, and the letter obtained by Bryan's counsel is evidence in them. The document this article says was corruptly leaked is the document being used to prosecute the man who wrote it.

Multiple reports. Multiple forces. Several years. Every one of them assessed by people with the power to act, the resources to investigate, and no reason to protect Bryan Flowers. Not one produced a question, let alone a charge. The only person who has ever treated Adam Howell's allegations as established fact is Andrew Drummond.

Where This Material Comes From

Adam Howell Supplied It, and Adam Howell Is Answerable for It

This site does not assert that Adam Howell personally created the two impersonation profiles — that is a question for the platform and for the courts, and it is put here as a question, not a finding. What is documented, and not in dispute, is the chain of custody of the material that reached Drummond.

  • Drummond says so himself. His 2 December 2025 article states that “we were contacted by Howell who unloaded his files”. The 26 July piece is built on the same files — it names Howell as the person who took the Telegram material to the police.
  • Howell was paying Drummond to publish. In his own written words on Facebook Messenger: “I told him I will give him a percent”, “I paid him extra to drag Bryan's family and friends into it”. Preserved at /evidence/paid-to-troll.
  • And the financier described the verification standard himself. In the same messages, of Drummond: “He says he just needs one person to says its true and he don't check” , and “he's the only one willing to attack without asking questions” . That is the answer to how a handle that does not match Bryan Flowers' handle came to be published as Bryan Flowers' account — supplied by the person paying for the article, and not checked.
  • A Thai court has already assessed his allegations. Howell was convicted of criminal defamation on 28 August 2025 (six-month suspended sentence) on Bryan Flowers' filing, on the same fact pattern.
  • He is no longer in the jurisdiction. Three further Thai criminal cases for false allegations and one civil case remain pending against him on the same fact pattern. He left Thailand for Dubai in early 2026, while those matters were and remain outstanding.

The wider record of this source is documented in detail elsewhere. A previous child-exploitation narrative advanced from the same quarter has already been dismantled point by point in the underage-narrative analysis. Howell's conduct following his conviction — the re-upload of the video that triggered it, the departure for Dubai, and the pattern of filing allegations with police forces — is set out at adamhowellwarning.com. And Drummond's own earlier published assessment of Howell — before Howell became a source — described him as unreliable. That assessment was subsequently edited down. A journalist who has himself written that a man is not to be trusted, and later builds twenty-three articles on that man's files, has answered the source-reliability question in his own words.

That is the provenance of the Telegram material. It reached the public through a man who was paying its publisher, who has been convicted over the same allegations, and who is outside the jurisdiction in which he would have to answer for them. The question of who created two accounts bearing Bryan Flowers' name, at the same period in which Howell was submitting these allegations to the police, is one Drummond was obliged to ask his source before publishing. There is no indication in the article that he did.

The Timing

The “Evidence” Appears After the Court Notice, Not Before

The most important fact about this material is not its content. It is its date.

Adam Howell was Bryan Flowers' business partner for years. In all that time no Telegram allegation was made, no screenshot was produced, and no report was filed. The material appears only after one specific event: in August 2024 Howell received his first court notice in the libel proceedings Bryan Flowers had brought against him — the case docketed in the Thai courts as 888/2567. From that point his conduct changes shape. The attacks escalate, they move onto anonymous and burner accounts, and they are routed through Andrew Drummond rather than made in his own name.

That is the sequence the 26 July article never sets out for its readers, and it inverts the story the article tells. On Drummond's telling, a concerned former investor discovered something terrible and took it to the police. On the record, a man facing a defamation claim began producing allegations of escalating gravity, from behind accounts that did not carry his name, at precisely the moment he acquired a reason to need leverage.

The article supplies a rough timeframe of its own. “Two years” before publication on 26 July 2026 places the collection window around mid-2024 onwards — a round figure, given as a round figure, that brackets the August 2024 court notice. Nothing turns on the exact week, and this page does not pretend the arithmetic is finer than the source allows. What matters is the far larger interval it excludes.

Adam Howell was Bryan Flowers' business partner for yearsbefore any of this. On the article's own dating, nothing was gathered in that entire period. The collection begins only in the year the proceedings did. If material of this kind had genuinely been sitting there throughout the partnership, it would have surfaced during the partnership — and a business partner who discovers it does not wait for a writ before mentioning it.

The same period produced the letters to the Pattaya and Bangkok police, the letter to the AHTD Commander published in full at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter, the burner-account campaigns documented across /attacks/reddit and /attacks/quora, and the payments to Drummond admitted in writing at /evidence/paid-to-troll. They are not separate episodes. They are one response to one court notice, run in parallel across every available channel, and the two impersonation accounts belong to the same period.

A Thai court has since ruled on where the defamation lay in that exchange. It convicted Adam Howell on 28 August 2025.

The Record So Far

Two Years, Three Forces, No Charge

The 26 July article is presented as a revelation. It is not. Its substance has been in the hands of Thai law enforcement for approximately two years, put there by the same man.

  • 2024 — Pattaya and Bangkok police. Adam Howell submitted a letter alleging that Bryan Flowers was a drug smuggler, associated with the Hell's Angels, and selling child sexual abuse material. It was investigated. No charge followed.
  • The Anti-Human Trafficking Division. Howell's letter to the AHTD Commander, published in full at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter, alleged a “secret group on the Telegram application” serving as a “channel for child prostitution” — the same allegation, catalogued at Lie #76. No charge followed.
  • TICAC. The 26 July article says a full report went to Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children and that a preliminary investigation was complete and awaiting a green light. Bryan Flowers has never been contacted by TICAC and knows of no such investigation.

This site publishes no closure document, and says so plainly rather than implying one exists. What can be stated is the verifiable position: the allegations were placed before the forces with jurisdiction to act on them, those forces have had them for roughly two years, and no charge has ever been brought against Bryan Flowers arising from any of them. Adam Howell, meanwhile, was convicted of criminal defamation over the underlying allegations, and left the country while three further criminal cases and one civil case remained pending.

Two of the forces named above are the same forces the 26 July article accuses of leaking, of failing to investigate, and of co-operating with organised crime. The article requires them to be unreliable when they decline to charge Bryan Flowers, and reliable when the same files are used to accuse him.

#1FABRICATION
“Thai police from the Central Investigation Bureau 'leaked the full text of the complaint' to Bryan Flowers, tipping him off that he had been accused of offences involving indecent images of Thai children.”

The position: No such thing happened. No officer of the Central Investigation Bureau, the Anti-Human Trafficking Division, Pattaya police, Bangkok police, or any other force has at any time contacted Bryan Flowers about a complaint of this kind — not in person, not by telephone, not through an intermediary, and not through his lawyers. There was no tip-off. This is not a peripheral detail: it is the entire narrative engine of the article. Every subsequent paragraph depends on the reader accepting that a warning was received and acted upon. Remove it and the piece has no story. Note also the internal problem the article never addresses — it requires the same police force to be corrupt enough to leak a confidential complaint to its subject, and diligent enough to have processed and understood it in the first place, while producing no case file, no summons, no interview and no charge. And there is a documented alternative explanation for how this campaign comes by official material, which does not require any officer to have leaked anything: Drummond's Thai fixer has bribed immigration officials to obtain Bryan's visa status and a copy of his passport, and Drummond has admitted paying Pattaya court staff for non-public case material (/evidence/pattaya-groups-incitement-may-2026). Paying for documents and being tipped off by police are not the same thing, and only one of them is established on the record. Finally, and decisively: there is a published answer to how Bryan came to have the letter, and it predates this article by six weeks. His Thai lawyers applied for it formally and obtained it through the proper channel available to a person accused in a complaint — and the letter, together with that stated provenance, was published in full on this site on 11 June 2026, before Drummond wrote on 26 July that police had leaked it. Disclosure to the accused is not a leak. Nor, on any of Howell's reports to any force, has Bryan Flowers ever been interviewed, summoned, cautioned or asked to attend — not once, at any time.

#2FABRICATION
“The leak prompted Bryan Flowers 'to take down a secret Telegram account' rather than allow it to be investigated.”

The position: There is no secret Telegram account and there never was one, so there was nothing to take down. Bryan Flowers has exactly one Telegram account. Its username is identical to his LINE username; he chose the same handle on both applications when he opened them and has never changed it on either. That account is open today and has been continuously since he created it. It can be checked by anyone who has ever messaged him on either platform — which, over many years in Pattaya, is a large number of people, including people hostile to him. Note also that the deletion device is not new. The same campaign has already run 'he took it down, therefore he is guilty' once before: the claim that Bryan 'wiped his social media in a frenzy' after the raid, answered at Lie #4 — he did not delete anything, he lost long-standing accounts, including one held for fourteen years, after a mass-reporting campaign by Adam Howell aimed at several of his business pages — and recycled into an Odysee video titled 'Flowers Scrubs Social Media After Trafficking Raid'. A concealment narrative that requires no evidence beyond the absence of something is a reusable device, and it is being reused.

#3FABRICATION
“Screenshots show Bryan Flowers' 'Telegram accounts' containing 'adult porn and drugs groups' and 'groups with child sexual abuse material'.”

The position: The handles shown in those screenshots are not Bryan Flowers' handle. They do not match the username he has used on Telegram since the day he signed up — the same one he uses on LINE. Two impersonation profiles are involved. This site does not reproduce either the impostor handles or Bryan's own, for reasons set out in the editorial note above. But the mismatch is the whole point: Drummond published the screenshots, so he is in a position to place the handle he published next to the handle Bryan has used publicly for years, and demonstrate they are the same. He has not done so, because they are not. An account bearing someone's photograph or display name is not that person's account; on Telegram, display names and photographs are freely chosen by whoever creates the account. Two matters of record bear on how much weight a screenshot from this source can carry. Six weeks before this article, the same campaign circulated three chat screenshots attributed to Bryan of which two were real messages written by other people and one was wholly fabricated (Lie #74, /evidence/soi-6-mafia-flyer-june-2026). And Adam Howell has previously taken stolen commercial footage belonging to the CP Group, dubbed his own narration over it, and asserted that the child actors appearing in it had been trafficked (Lie #54) — a documented instance of the same man building a child-exploitation allegation out of material that was nothing of the kind. Finally, look at what the screenshots visibly contain, which is set out in full above: directory listings of group names, a number carrying the platform's own 18+ adult-content label, with no visible reference to minors, ages, or the sale or trade of anything — and a caption, written by Drummond, placing the child sexual abuse material in only one of the two images he published.

#4SELF-DEFEATING
“Adam Howell showed police, on Telegram, 'groups he was in, trading explicit videos of Thai children as young as five'.”

The position: This sentence is the article's own admission, and the article names its author's source in the same breath — then leaves the admission entirely unexamined. Screenshots of the interior of a Telegram group — its messages, its media, its member list — can only be taken from inside that group. They cannot be obtained from outside it. Whoever produced this material was therefore inside the groups being described, for a period the article itself gives as two years. The article says who was inside. What it never asks is anything that follows from it: when he joined, how he came to be invited, why he remained after the first screenshot, what he did with what he saw, and whether he reported any of it at the time. It presents prolonged insider access to groups it characterises as trafficking in images of five-year-old children as though it required no explanation at all. Those are the first questions an editor asks of a source who arrives with material of this kind, and not one of them is answered anywhere in the piece.

#5SELF-DEFEATING
“'These are two of many scans taken over two years.'”

The position: Two years. On the article's own account, material it describes as evidence of child sexual abuse was observed, collected and archived across approximately twenty-four months before publication. There is no lawful or ethical framework in which the correct response to discovering such material is a two-year collection exercise. It is reported immediately — to the platform, and to a police force or hotline with jurisdiction. The article does not state that this was done on discovery. It does not give a date of first report, a recipient, a reference number, or a response. Two years of collecting is not an investigation; it is an archive built for a publication date.

#6SELF-DEFEATING
“'The CSAM groups here have already all been taken down by Telegram.'”

The position: By the author's own statement, the groups were gone before he published. Whatever purpose publishing identifiable screenshots of them might once have served, it cannot have been to enable anyone to find, report or remove them — they were already removed. That leaves only one function for publication: attaching the subject matter to a named person in front of a general audience. The sentence is also, incidentally, an admission that the groups were visible and reportable to the platform. If Telegram could see them and act on them, so could anyone else who was in them for two years, at any point in those two years.

#7SELF-DEFEATING
“'Considerable other material has been obtained including images. No laws have been broken in the process.'”

The position: This is the author volunteering, unprompted, that images were obtained, and then certifying his own conduct as lawful in the same breath. No source is given for the assessment, no jurisdiction is identified, and no authority is named as having reviewed it. A journalist handling genuinely unlawful material works through a police force or a designated reporting body, and is in a position to say so — naming the force and the case reference, as reporters routinely do. Self-certification is what is offered here instead. The site publishing that sentence is the site alleging criminality in others.

#8LACKING
“The published screenshots establish what the groups contained and what was being traded inside them. [Summary of the article's operative position; not a direct quotation.]”

The position: The article never states the one fact on which this rests: whether the groups were open or closed. That is basic, it is knowable, and any reporter covering this subject would establish and state it — because everything follows from it. If they were open, they sat on the most heavily scanned and most easily reported surface of the platform, where automatic hash-checking has applied since 2018 and where persistence for two years needs explaining. If they were closed, someone was invited in and remained, which is the access question at Claim 4. The article needs both at once: material grave enough to carry the headline, in a place accessible enough to be screenshotted repeatedly across twenty-four months by someone under no apparent obligation to report it. It never reconciles the two, and a screenshot of a group does not by itself establish who posted what, who saw it, or what the group as a whole contained. That last point is decisive once the images are examined. They are directory listings — lists of group names of the kind every Telegram user sees when browsing. A listing establishes what a group is called and nothing further: not its contents, not its authorship, not its readership, and not whether the man named in the article was ever in it. The gravest allegation in the piece rests on a category of image incapable of supporting it, and the article supplies nothing else that is.

#9UNVERIFIED
“A full report including videos was sent to TICAC (Thailand Internet Crimes Against Children), who 'had completed a preliminary investigation and were waiting for a green light'.”

The position: Bryan Flowers has never been contacted by TICAC and knows of no such investigation. No approach, no interview, no summons, no request for devices, no correspondence — nothing, at any point. The claim follows an established pattern in this campaign of announcing investigations that are always at a preliminary stage, always awaiting authorisation from an unnamed authority, and never produce an observable step. It is unfalsifiable by design: no reference number is given, no officer is named, and no date is attached. The pattern is documented: 'Bryan's arrest is imminent and he is being investigated' has been asserted repeatedly across this campaign and has never once been true (Lie #7). Set it against the record too — substantially the same allegations put to Pattaya police, Bangkok police and the AHTD across roughly two years, with no charge arising from any of them.

#10MISLEADING
“Bryan Flowers was known as 'lamok' — Thai slang for 'dirty minded' or 'pervy' — as a moderator in his own 'crude internet sex-tourism forum'.”

The position: 'Lamok' (ลามก) is an ordinary Thai adjective meaning obscene or lewd — not a name anyone was 'known as'. It is one of a set of derogatory labels applied to Bryan Flowers by Andrew Drummond across his own articles, alongside 'Professor Monger', 'monger god', 'Poundland Mafia man' and 'FarangKwaiYai', catalogued in the credentials audit at /evidence/drummond-journalism-audit. The pattern is the one documented at Lie #73: a label is applied in article after article until search engines associate it with the target, and is then written back as though the target had adopted it himself. Presenting your own label as a name the subject was 'known as' is circular sourcing — the only source for it is the author.

#11MISLEADING
“Adam Howell 'had invested some US$460,000 in Flowers' nightlife business, the Night Wish Group'.”

The position: The US$460,000 figure is fabricated. No investor has lost US$460,000, as documented in detail at /evidence/false-investor-claims — where the sums quoted by Drummond across the campaign are also shown to shift from article to article, which is what happens to figures that are not drawn from a document. It is Howell's own claim about himself, repeated without independent verification. What is not in dispute is that the underlying matter is a commercial dispute between business partners — not a trafficking matter — and that Howell's conduct in pursuing it resulted in his conviction for criminal defamation in a Thai court on 28 August 2025.

#12FABRICATION
“Night Wish Group was 'a fake company, which was running as an organised crime group involving fraud, crypto scams, and money laundering'.”

The position: No fraud, crypto-scam or money-laundering finding exists against Bryan Flowers or Night Wish Group in any jurisdiction — no charge, no proceeding, no regulator's finding. On the 'crypto scams' element specifically, note where the allegation originates: Adam Howell's own cryptocurrency ventures, Dope Coin and SuperDoge, and the investor complaints made about them are documented at /profiles/howell. This page does not assert that he has been found liable for fraud, because he has not been; his conviction is for criminal defamation. It records only that the man supplying an allegation of cryptocurrency wrongdoing is himself the subject of documented complaints of exactly that kind.

#13FALSE
“Bryan Flowers 'put all his bars in the names of nominees' and 'for ten years illegally employed foreign tourists, mainly Brits, on Education visas as bar managers'.”

The position: Already answered at Lie #19. Not one manager obtained an education visa from Rage Fight Academy. The visas referred to were arranged through a separate business partnership with Fight Visa / Fairtex — a distinct commercial arrangement with its own paperwork. Bryan Flowers has not managed day-to-day bar operations since 2018, a fact that undercuts the premise of the claim before its substance is even reached.

#14UNVERIFIED
“'Millions of Thai baht were siphoned off monthly in cash in envelopes to foreign investors also living in Pattaya on Education visas arranged by Flowers.'”

The position: No document, ledger, bank record, recipient, date or witness is offered for this. It is an assertion about recurring monthly cash movements over a period of years — the kind of claim that, if true, would leave an extensive documentary trail, and which the article's own sourcing (a former investor with full access to the company's affairs) would be uniquely placed to evidence. Nothing is produced. This is the same 'the material exists' assertion pattern already documented at Claim 2 of the AHTD letter page, where records were said to exist and were never shown.

#15MISLEADING
“Bryan Flowers 'had created crude websites such as Jizzflicker.com and Belts of Mongering', including archived content describing north-eastern Thai women in degrading terms.”

The position: Answered at Lie #55. Bryan Flowers holds over 200 domains and hosts websites and forums for a large number of other people. Hosting a domain is not authoring its content, and the archived material quoted was not written by him. The article makes no attempt to establish authorship — no byline, no account, no post history, no editorial record — and instead moves directly from 'this domain is associated with him' to 'he wrote this'. That step is the whole claim, and it is unsupported.

#16MISLEADING
“A December 2023 memorandum to investors about 'saving the company' listed costs of 11.5 million baht with 'corrupt police at the top of the list of reasons why'.”

The position: The memorandum is a real document, and it says close to the opposite of what the article implies. It is an account of what the March 2023 raid cost the business: lawyers' fees, bail bonds, court costs, and trade lost while the matter was live. Where it refers to corrupt police, it is identifying the cause of those costs — not a recipient of them. The article inverts a record of money the business lost into a record of money the business paid out, which is the same manoeuvre already documented at Lie #71, where lawful legal expenditure was recast as bribery. Drummond has held this document and has never published it in full, with its date, its author, its recipients and its complete text, so that readers could assess that inversion for themselves.

#17UNVERIFIED
“Adam Howell holds voice recordings of Bryan Flowers 'dealing with police', showing that within 48 hours of the Flirt Bar raid he 'had found police and judges in Bangkok who were willing to help'.”

The position: These recordings have been referred to for approximately two years and have never been produced. Not in the 21 archived articles, not in the Thai proceedings Howell lost, not in this one. The article describes them only in paraphrase. Where recordings sourced from Howell have been examined in this matter, forensic audio analysis found at least four splice points — documented at /evidence/lawyer-intimidation-may-2026, claim #4. Instructing lawyers and arranging bail within 48 hours of a raid is, in any event, what any business facing a criminal proceeding does; describing it as 'finding police and judges willing to help' is characterisation, not evidence.

#18FALSE
“The YouTube video created by Adam Howell 'was marked as unlisted and had never been made available to the public', and its reported views 'were generated by bots sourced in Russia'.”

The position: On the listing status, answered at Lie #47: the video was public before it was changed to unlisted, and in any event the setting is irrelevant to the harm. Adam Howell sent the link directly to a number of people, including people known to Bryan Flowers and his family, in order to threaten and pressure him. A link distributed by its creator to a target's associates has been published, whatever the platform's visibility setting says. On the bot allegation, this site takes no position: no analytics export, no date range and no methodology has been produced by anyone, and it is not a claim this page can verify or disprove. It is recorded here as unevidenced rather than answered.

#19FALSE
“Bryan Flowers, Punnipa Flowers, Nick Dean and Fernando 'had all perjured themselves'.”

The position: There is no perjury charge, no perjury finding, and no perjury proceeding against any of these four people, in any court, anywhere. The proceeding the article alludes to ended in the criminal defamation conviction of Adam Howell on 28 August 2025. What has been published is therefore an allegation that four named people committed a criminal offence, where none has been charged with it, still less convicted of it — and it fits an established pattern. Attacking the named witnesses in the civil case is documented at /evidence/witness-intimidation, where Fernando, Nick Dean and Chris B have each already been targeted on the public record. This is the latest instance, not a new departure.

#20CONFIRMED
“Punnipa Flowers was 'the only person acquitted of the serious trafficking charges' at trial.”

The position: This is true, and the article states it against its own interest. Punnipa Flowers was acquitted. That was the court's determination on the evidence, by the judges who heard it — and it sits directly against the claim, repeated across this campaign, that she is a child trafficker. To be clear about what this page is and is not saying: it does not treat that court as reliable when it acquits and unreliable when it convicts. The acquittal is a finding on the evidence and is accepted as such. The remaining convictions are under appeal on specific, identified evidential grounds — a court record containing 38 identical police-taken statements (Lie #16 / Position Paper #6) and the complainant's retraction of her trafficking claim in court (Lie #63). Those grounds are for the appellate court to determine, not for this website.

#21MISLEADING
“In March 2023 AHTD officers 'raided one of Flowers' 21 bars' and William Bilton and two Thai cashiers were 'each jailed for 21 years'.”

The position: The raid happened and the sentences were passed; neither is disputed here. What is misleading is the framing that hangs off them. The '21 bars' formulation attributes ownership and control to Bryan Flowers of an estate he has not run day-to-day since 2018. As to the convictions, Lie #63 records what the article omits: the complainant retracted her trafficking claim in court, the appeal is live, and it was Drummond himself who circulated the first-instance verdict to UK newspapers, of which only one ran it, with details that were wrong.

#22MISLEADING
“Bryan Flowers created '12 smear websites' against The Exodus Road and 'some 8 smear hubs containing over 100 smear stories against Adam Howell and myself, plus 59 smear YouTube ai slop videos'.”

The position: This site is a right of reply, and it does not hide what it is. It names its sources. It publishes the underlying documents in full, including documents that are unflattering — the AHTD letter is reproduced here in its entirety, unedited. It records where the other side is correct, as at Claim 20 on this page. It carries a corrections policy and a verification section, and it links to the original articles it answers so readers can check them directly. Set that against 23 articles built on the files of a single source who was convicted of criminal defamation over the same allegations and who was paying the author. Counting pages is not an argument. What is on them is.

Right of Reply

Andrew Drummond did not contact Bryan Flowers before publishing on 26 July 2026. He has not contacted him before publishing on any occasion in nineteen months. Had he done so, the account position set out on this page — one account, one handle, unchanged since signup, still open — would have been available to him in a single reply.

That offer stands now and is not withdrawn. Any question in this page's ten-question list will be answered, and the account position can be verified through Bryan Flowers' lawyers by any police force, platform or court with a proper interest in establishing it.

This site publishes corrections. The record at /trust and /verification sets out how, and Claim 20 on this page records a point on which the 26 July article is correct.

Sources & methodology

Primary source.Andrew Drummond, “Thai Police ‘Tipped Off’ British News and Nightlife Boss About Alleged Links to Paedophile Networks”, andrew-drummond.com, 26 July 2026. Passages shown in quotation marks are reproduced verbatim from that article. Some rows in the claim table summarise a position taken across several sentences rather than quoting one; those are marked by the absence of quotation marks.

What this page deliberately does not contain. No screenshot from the source article is reproduced. No Telegram group name, channel name, invite link or username appears anywhere on this page, in its metadata, or in its structured data — including Bryan Flowers' own handle. See the editorial note above for the reasoning.

Platform sources (the “Platform Record” section). Telegram's own published safety documentation at telegram.org (hash-checking of public images since 2018; database expanded with Internet Watch Foundation hashes in 2024; daily CSAM transparency reporting via its stopCA channel; 326,630 CSAM-related groups and channels blocked in 2026; reporting addresses [email protected] and [email protected]). Internet Watch Foundation, “Telegram joins IWF in child sexual abuse imagery crackdown”, 4 December 2024 (hash datasets, AI detection and link-blocking applied to the public parts of the platform; Remi Vaughn of Telegram quoted on the monthly volume of removals; IWF's own record of confirmed reports on the platform since 2022, reproduced on this page as a stated limit on the argument rather than omitted).

Legal sources (the “The Law” section). Protection of Children Act 1978, sections 1, 1(4) and 1B (the last as amended by section 214 of the Online Safety Act 2023); Criminal Justice Act 1988, section 160; R v Bowden [2000] 2 Cr App R (S) 26; R v Smith; R v Jayson [2002] EWCA Crim 683; Crown Prosecution Service legal guidance, Indecent and Prohibited Images of Children; Sentencing Council guideline for indecent photographs of children (maxima of ten and five years respectively); Internet Watch Foundation published FAQs (on searching for material in order to report it, and on report-then-delete); Press Gazette, March 2017, on Facebook's referral of BBC journalists to CEOP and the National Crime Agency; Thai Criminal Code sections 287/1 and 287/2 as inserted by the Criminal Code Amendment Act (No. 24), B.E. 2558 (2015). No legal conclusion is drawn about any person; see the statement of scope at the head of that section.

Account position. Stated by Bryan Flowers and verifiable on request through his lawyers by any police force, platform or court. The Telegram username is identical to the LINE username, was chosen when both accounts were opened, has never been changed on either, and the account remains open.

Police contact. Stated by Bryan Flowers: no contact from any force regarding a complaint of this kind, at any time.

How the AHTD letter was obtained, and the absence of any questioning. Both are stated by Bryan Flowers and verifiable through his Thai counsel: that the letter was obtained by formal application on his behalf as the person named in the complaint, and that he has never been interviewed, summoned, cautioned or asked to attend by any force in relation to any complaint made by Adam Howell. This site does not publish the application or the instructing correspondence and does not present either point as documented here. What is independently checkable, and is the load-bearing fact, is the publication record: the letter and its stated provenance were published at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter on 11 June 2026, six weeks before the 26 July 2026 article described the same document as leaked.

The absence of charges. This site holds and publishes no closure or non-prosecution document, and does not imply one. The claim made is narrower and checkable: the allegations were placed before the Pattaya police, the Bangkok police and the Anti-Human Trafficking Division, and no charge has been brought against Bryan Flowers arising from any of them.

Cross-referenced material. Howell's AHTD letter (published in full at /evidence/howell-ahtd-letter); the Facebook Messenger payment admissions (/evidence/paid-to-troll); the witness-attack record (/evidence/witness-intimidation); the lies catalogue entries referenced throughout (/lies).

Corrections. Errors of fact on this page will be corrected at the top of the page and dated. Contact details are at /contact.

“Both contain adult porn and drugs groups but only the [ชื่อถูกปกปิด] group shows groups with child sexual abuse material.”(ทั้งสองบัญชีมีกลุ่มสื่อลามกผู้ใหญ่และกลุ่มยาเสพติด แต่มีเพียงบัญชี [ชื่อถูกปกปิด] เท่านั้นที่แสดงกลุ่มซึ่งมีสื่อล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็ก) — การปกปิดชื่อเป็นการดำเนินการของเว็บไซต์นี้ คำบรรยายดังกล่าวระบุชื่อบัญชีหนึ่งในสองบัญชี และเว็บไซต์นี้ไม่เผยแพร่ตัวระบุนั้นซ้ำ ด้วยเหตุผลที่ระบุไว้ในหมายเหตุกองบรรณาธิการ

“It is illegal to join these groups.”(การเข้าร่วมกลุ่มเหล่านี้ผิดกฎหมาย)

เอกสารด้านความปลอดภัยของเทเลแกรมเองระบุว่า “since 2018, public images are automatically checked against a hash database of CSAM banned by our moderators over the past decade” (ตั้งแต่ปี 2018 ภาพสาธารณะถูกตรวจสอบโดยอัตโนมัติเทียบกับฐานข้อมูลแฮชของสื่อล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กที่ผู้ดูแลของเราสั่งห้ามไว้ตลอดทศวรรษที่ผ่านมา) และว่า “in 2024, we expanded this database with hashes from organizations like the Internet Watch Foundation” (ในปี 2024 เราขยายฐานข้อมูลนี้ด้วยแฮชจากองค์กรอย่าง Internet Watch Foundation) ระบบจับคู่แฮชทำงานอัตโนมัติ และมีผลตั้งแต่ตอนอัปโหลด วัสดุที่ระบบรู้จักแล้วจะถูกระบุลายนิ้วมือดิจิทัล และถูกบล็อกก่อนแพร่กระจาย เทเลแกรมเผยแพร่รายงานความโปร่งใสเรื่องการลบเนื้อหาแบบนี้ทุกวัน ผ่านช่องทาง stopCA และรายงานว่าได้บล็อกกลุ่มและช่องที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสื่อล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กไปแล้ว 326,630 รายการในปี 2026 หัวหน้าฝ่ายสื่อมวลชนของเทเลแกรม Remi Vaughn ระบุขนาดของการดำเนินการไว้ว่า “hundreds of thousands of child abuse materials each month” (วัสดุล่วงละเมิดเด็กหลายแสนรายการต่อเดือน) ส่วนความร่วมมือกับ IWF ซึ่งประกาศเมื่อวันที่ 4 ธันวาคม 2024 ได้เพิ่มชุดข้อมูลแฮชของ IWF ระบบตรวจจับด้วย AI และการบล็อกลิงก์ โดยระบุชัดเจนว่าใช้กับ “public parts of the site” (ส่วนที่เป็นสาธารณะของแพลตฟอร์ม)

Internet Watch Foundation ระบุไว้อย่างตรงไปตรงมา IWF คือองค์กรของสหราชอาณาจักรที่ตั้งขึ้นมารับรายงานเรื่องพวกนี้โดยเฉพาะ องค์กรนี้ระบุว่า “It is against the law to actively seek out child sexual abuse images, even if the motivation is to subsequently report the content to the IWF or the Police” (การจงใจค้นหาภาพล่วงละเมิดทางเพศเด็กเป็นการผิดกฎหมาย แม้แรงจูงใจจะเป็นการนำไปรายงานต่อ IWF หรือตำรวจในภายหลังก็ตาม) และว่า “specifically searching for content to report to the IWF or the Police would not be a protected defence in court” (การค้นหาเนื้อหาเพื่อเอาไปรายงานต่อ IWF หรือตำรวจโดยเฉพาะ ไม่ถือเป็นข้อต่อสู้ที่ศาลคุ้มครอง) คำแนะนำขององค์กรต่อคนที่เจอวัสดุแบบนี้ คือให้รายงานตำแหน่งที่พบ แล้ว “delete any images or URLs… from your device(s) as soon as you have reported them” (ลบภาพหรือ URL ใด ๆ ออกจากอุปกรณ์ของท่านทันทีที่รายงานแล้ว) กล่าวคือ รายงาน แล้วลบทิ้ง นั่นคือหลักเกณฑ์ที่ต้องนำมาเทียบกับข้อความ “two of many scans taken over two years”

No laws have been broken in the process.”

Obtained via Bryan's Thai counsel. The Thai original is held on file.”

แอนดรูว์ ดรัมมอนด์ เผยแพร่ข้อความว่าตำรวจไทย “leaked the full text of the complaint” ให้แก่ไบรอัน ฟลาวเวอร์ส และใช้เรื่องนี้เป็นพาดหัวข่าว

  • ฮาวเวลล์จ่ายเงินให้ดรัมมอนด์เผยแพร่ ในถ้อยคำที่เขาเขียนเองบน Facebook Messenger ว่า “I told him I will give him a percent” และ “I paid him extra to drag Bryan's family and friends into it” เก็บรักษาไว้ที่ /evidence/paid-to-troll
  • และผู้ให้เงินสนับสนุนก็อธิบายมาตรฐานการตรวจสอบไว้เอง ในข้อความชุดเดียวกัน เขากล่าวถึงดรัมมอนด์ว่า “He says he just needs one person to says its true and he don't check” (เขาบอกว่าเขาแค่ต้องการคนหนึ่งคนที่บอกว่ามันจริง แล้วเขาก็ไม่ตรวจสอบ) และ “he's the only one willing to attack without asking questions” (เขาเป็นคนเดียวที่ยอมโจมตีโดยไม่ถามคำถาม) นี่คือคำตอบว่าทำไมชื่อผู้ใช้ที่ไม่ตรงกับชื่อของไบรอัน ฟลาวเวอร์ส ถึงถูกเผยแพร่ในฐานะบัญชีของเขา คือคนจ่ายเงินค่าบทความเป็นคนส่งมา และไม่มีใครตรวจสอบ

““These are two of many scans taken over two years.”

““The CSAM groups here have already all been taken down by Telegram.”

““Considerable other material has been obtained including images. No laws have been broken in the process.”
