Why I Reported This to Police

“I have reported him because he has been conducting a long-running smear campaign against me, my family, and my businesses. He has spread malicious lies and false allegations online, using multiple accounts and websites. His actions have caused me and my family serious distress, harmed my reputation, and put us in fear for our safety.”

The Scale of the Campaign

“From December 2024 to August 2025, Andrew Drummond published at least 19 online articles targeting me, my wife Punnipa Flowers, and our business Night Wish Group. These were posted on his sites andrew-drummond.com and andrew-drummond.news. He also uploaded many videos designed to damage my reputation and put my family at danger.”

“20+ videos he uploaded to his YouTube until it was banned, then he uploaded to Rumble under his own name until it was banned. Then he started a channel called ‘Soi 6 Whistleblower’ which he created and uploaded 85 videos onto, on several platforms including BitChute, Rumble, PeerTube and Odysee.com.”

“In recent months alone, we found around 6 Reddit accounts posting coordinated lies. On Quora, more than 20 questions were seeded and then answered with around 40-50 new accounts with false allegations. On his website, he continues to publish hostile articles about me and my businesses.”

Impact on My Family & Me

“It has caused constant stress and anxiety. I have had to explain false allegations to business partners, staff, and family members. My wife has been attacked online and feels unsafe. My father's address has been published, which risks his safety. We have had to take security precautions and I have had to spend significant time and money gathering evidence and seeking legal support.”

“Yes. Knowing our addresses are online makes us worry about being targeted physically. I have been cautious about travel plans, and my family members are distressed about people knowing where they live.”

“I am worried that his false allegations will cause me problems in Thailand with people, because Adam has already made false accusations to the police 2 times to try and get me arrested.”

“I am anxious every time I open a message from people — especially from those I haven't spoken to in a long time. It makes me not want to see people. I feel shy introducing myself or meeting new people, and I run an entrepreneur networking group. It has affected that.”

“My children have not read it yet, but my brother was contacted by someone. It has made me depressed and anxious. I have not been able to be at peace with all of these articles up.”

“Me and my dad haven't spoken much since the attacks. He's 73 years old and we have both avoided the subject.”

“I stay in the house mostly now and I don't want to see people, because it's the same conversation every time — explaining how this Andrew Drummond is attacking me without having any facts.”

“He wanted me to be in jail. He's told people I am on the run. This is a 100% total reputation attack to destroy everything I have built up. Luckily I am not just starting out — if I was younger, he would have destroyed my chance to start businesses. I have built a good honest reputation over 18 years of living in Thailand. I have never had any legal problems or been questioned about my integrity. I have done lots of charity work over the years and never got any criticism for it. Andrew is trying to take everything from me, and I have never done anything bad to him.”

Financial & Business Damage

“Andrew Drummond has posted lots of logos to my businesses and mentioned lots of my businesses. He has linked to the entrepreneur meetup group (which promotes my meeting) and has caused members to question me. One of the people I invested in, returned the money after they found Andrew's articles.”

“Andrew has mentioned all my other businesses, including the law firm, LED screen, hotel, my MMA/Muay Thai gym and resort. He has dragged all my other businesses into his campaign and tried to cause me financial losses.”

“We have had to close our main bar called ‘Night Wish Bar’ due to all the trolling/abuse that Andrew/Adam have caused. We are renaming it after a renovation. This caused our staff distress and financial losses.”

“Future partnerships are going to be hard because my name is linked to serious criminal allegations. I cannot be a face of our polo club or be part of anything public. I am scared to talk to anyone about investing with them or joining public events. I am losing out on opportunities.”

“I have not been able to do the mentoring of impoverished children as I had planned to.”

Specific financial costs incurred to date: approximately £11,000 spent on lawyers; further substantial sums spent on legal advice and on the collection, preservation and organisation of evidence. The true cost across time, opportunity, and forgone business is materially higher.

“At my most recent networking event, someone suggested I bring security. When I asked why, they said because some people believe you are a child abductor. Even though the majority in my community doubt Andrew Drummond's claims about me, they still believe something — or that because he's a journalist, he wouldn't be able to write what he did without problems. (Which is wrong.)”

“I was at a car rental place in Coventry and someone who had seen Drummond's videos said to me, ‘there must be some truth in it or he wouldn't be able to say what he says’. People do not understand how difficult and expensive it is to fight defamation online.”

“One of my UK businesses — I cannot add my name to it yet” — a direct consequence of the campaign.

Drummond's Own Admission — Howell Is His Source

“That's when this website became involved. After publishing a story… we were contacted by Howell who unloaded his files.” — Andrew Drummond, andrew-drummond.com, 2 December 2025

Drummond's own published words. The “source” he relies on for his entire 21-article series is the man who pleaded guilty to criminal defamation on 28 August 2025, who faces three more criminal cases and a civil case, who fled Thailand to Dubai around February 2026 leaving 5–6 million baht in unpaid personal debts, and who has admitted in a Facebook Messenger conversation to paying Drummond to conduct the campaign.

Drummond's Reply to the Letter of Claim: “Wrong Jurisdiction”

The 25-page Pre-Action Protocol Letter of Claim was served by Cohen Davis Solicitors on 13 August 2025. Drummond's only substantive reply was, in effect, “wrong jurisdiction” — asserting that because Bryan Flowers does not reside in the UK full-time, UK law does not reach him. This argument ignores that Drummond publishes in the UK, his audience includes UK readers, reputation is harmed in the UK, and both the publisher and the victim are UK-connected individuals.

Counsel's subsequent advice was that pursuing full civil defamation litigation to judgment would require approximately a further £3,500 in pre-action fees and an eventual cost exposure of approximately £100,000, with the process taking years. That unrealistic cost profile, combined with Drummond's conduct, is precisely why the criminal route via Wiltshire Police (harassment, malicious communications, grossly offensive communications) is being pursued in parallel.

Malicious Intent — Why I Believe This Is Knowingly False

“Yes. Many of the claims are factually impossible or already disproven in court or by documents. He makes allegations without evidence, twists facts, and ignores corrections. My lawyers have already confirmed in a letter of claim that many of his statements are indefensible in law. His intent is clearly to harm my reputation and cause distress.”

“He has a history of attacking foreigners in Thailand and anyone he sees as successful. He has a personal grudge against me and wants to damage my businesses and reputation. By constantly publishing and spreading lies, he tries to control the narrative online and discourage people from working with me.”

“The process servers believe that Andrew Drummond is avoiding them. They have been 5 times so far in 3 weeks and they think he's avoiding the letter, but he will be served it on the 6th attempt (through his door). I expect him to do another article attacking us and publishing the letter of claim.”

What I Want

“I want the harassment and malicious communications to stop. I want the police to investigate him for criminal offences under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997, the Malicious Communications Act 1988, and the Communications Act 2003. I would also like protective measures such as a harassment warning, and eventually I may seek an injunction or restraining order through the courts. I request that I get help to take down all the videos and articles.”
