In Pattaya 365 a verified Facebook account posts that a nightclub owner was 'selling kids under 5 as a commodity', that he and Nick Dean are 'nonces the lot of em', and 'i wanna smash a nonces head in, wheres nick dean right now, im back in literally 10 minutes'. A group admin republishes the threat and adds 'Go to Rage gym and he'll easily find Petals, Dean is on Soi 7 most days ... Flack is in Robin Hood every day'. Rage is Bryan Flowers' gym. No Drummond article alleges a sale of children; six weeks after the Telegram article, this is what a reader has made of it.

Behind the News in Thailand posts the 1 September article on 2 September. It is shared in the same hour by two accounts whose names are not names, and into Pattaya 365 by two members, one noting 'it's still going off. Drummond isn't letting Petals...' - 'Petals' being the group's name for Bryan Flowers. In the same days a commenter asks Drummond to write about Bryan Flowers' supposed move to Soi 7, and he replies naming two further targets.

British Bar Boss Linked to Child‑Abuse Telegram Groups Denies Allegations as Digital Trail Points to Secret Account

This is a condensed repeat of id 45's claims, not a new allegation, and the answer to id 45 at /evidence/drummond-september-2026-four-positions covers it. The Telegram handle it names is never printed on this site. 'Impossible' — the word used here for the impersonation defence — is a claim about platform registration, device and IP records that neither this article's unnamed 'investigators' nor Bryan Flowers holds; those are exactly the records Telegram releases only on legal process, and they are exactly what would settle whether the account is his.

Drummond Posts the Allegation in His Own Name on Facebook

On his personal profile at 18:14, not a page or a burner: 'The moral authority in this street is a Brit, known as the boss of the Soi 6 Mafia, an accolade given by the local police, who need to be rewarded by all bar owners ... Here is the latest', linking the day's article. 189 likes, 12 shares. Placed inside the Pattaya 365 group the same evening. Under it, within days: 'Scum & scam.' and 'Flowers the nonce'. Earlier posts on the same profile: 'Pattaya next' on 20 May, the Flirt bar photograph on 27 July, 'Taken down by dirty undies' on 29 July.

Four Positions in Six Weeks — and Two Admissions

In 'Global Entrepreneur Denies New Stunning Allegations', Drummond writes that neither he nor Howell needs 'the protection of journalism' because 'all viewing has been handled by those with authority to do so'. That is his fourth account in six weeks of who handled the material, and it cannot stand with 'two of many scans taken over two years' and 'considerable other material has been obtained including images' (26 July), 'it is illegal to join these groups' (28 July), or 'we sat on those for long time' (8 August). The same article volunteers two things about himself: that he helped Adam Howell relocate while Howell's criminal cases were live and paid towards it out of his own pocket, and that he dislikes 'foreigners with media companies in Pattaya' — the motive Howell had given in writing years earlier.

Used Panties Sales Plan Blew Open British Nightlife Boss's Links to Online Child Abuse Material

The article defeats itself in one line. On 26 July Drummond certified 'No laws have been broken in the process'; on 28 July he wrote that joining these groups is illegal — while telling readers his source spent two years inside them taking screenshots. Both cannot be true. He also names his source without disclosing that Adam Howell was convicted of criminal defamation on 28 August 2025 over these same allegations, has three further criminal cases and one civil case pending, faces charges arising from false reports to police, and has left Thailand for Dubai; readers are told only that he is an investor who lost money. On the new allegations: a friend asked for help marketing a lawful used-underwear startup, which Bryan Flowers covered openly on his own YouTube channel at the time and which never launched; the escort site is one lawful adult business among a large portfolio in which he holds a small interest; the hundreds of email addresses span his own and partners' websites, businesses and subscriptions, and the attribution comes from Howell's recollection; a scrape can only observe what is publicly visible and cannot establish common operation of two accounts, which requires platform-side registration, device and IP records held by Telegram and released only on legal process — and no scrape, method, date or output has been produced; the COVID webcam work was lawful, ran openly on YouTube, kept hundreds employed while around 300 women were out of work, and ran alongside roughly 1,000 meals a day handed out during the closures; the work permit was held for years and no breach is alleged; Bryan Flowers has no legal ownership of the Pattaya News and no involvement in it; the Thai side is run by his wife, who is one of its owners. Not addressed anywhere in the article: the handle mismatch, his own 26 July caption conceding one of two screenshots contains no such material, the published 11 June 2026 provenance of the AHTD letter, or any of the ten questions. The 26 and 28 July articles answered claim by claim, in English and Thai. Bryan Flowers has one Telegram account, its handle unchanged since signup and still open; the handle in the screenshots is not it.

The Telegram Allegation — the Gravest Escalation

Drummond publishes 'Thai Police Tipped Off British News and Nightlife Boss About Alleged Links to Paedophile Networks', alleging that Bryan Flowers held a secret Telegram account in groups trading child sexual abuse material and that police leaked a complaint to warn him. Bryan Flowers has one Telegram account, its username identical to his LINE username since he opened both, never changed and still open; the handles in the screenshots are not it. No Thai force has ever contacted him about a complaint of this kind. The article states the scans were 'taken over two years', that images were 'obtained' with 'no laws broken in the process', and that the groups had already been deleted by Telegram before publication.

Family Members Targeted

Drummond escalates to publishing private information about Bryan Flowers' family, and applies the 'child trafficker' label to Punnipa Flowers. The accurate position, which this site has recorded since May 2026, is in three parts: she was acquitted of the serious trafficking charges at trial — a fact Drummond himself reported correctly; a separate and lesser matter produced a first-instance verdict that is under appeal; and she has never been found to be a trafficker of any kind. The label is the thing that is false, not the existence of proceedings.

Andrew Drummond publishes the first article targeting Bryan Flowers — 'British Media Mogul Sues Over Thai Sex Trafficking Allegations' — just after Adam Howell began making difficulties over the commercial dispute. The 'on the run' narrative and the 'fraudulent bar empire' claim that follow are unsupported by any evidence produced then or since. This date establishes the start of a continuous course of conduct for the purposes of the Protection from Harassment Act 1997.

Adam Howell receives the first court notice in Bryan Flowers' libel proceedings in Thailand, case 888/2567. The date matters because of what Drummond later said about his own material: on 26 July 2026 he wrote that the Telegram scans were 'taken over two years'. Counted back from that article, two years reaches roughly July 2024 — within weeks of this notice, and years into the business relationship it is said to describe.

What began as a genuine commercial investment became extortion and threats, and was then converted into a coordinated publishing campaign by Andrew Drummond and Adam Howell. The year is evidenced rather than asserted: a memorandum to investors dated December 2023, about saving the company, records costs of 11.5 million baht and is the earliest dated primary document in this record. Drummond's first article follows a year later.

Andrew Drummond leaves Thailand in January 2015 carrying two Thai criminal defamation convictions, after raising what he described as a major six-figure fighting fund the previous year.
