What this page does and does not say
This page makes no claim that the men named below are innocent of anything, and it does not describe them as victims. Both have their own legal histories, which are a matter of public record and are not this site's business. Drew Noyes was convicted of extortion in Thailand. This site takes no position on whether Andrew Drummond's reporting about either man was accurate, and nothing here should be read as suggesting it was not.
The point is narrower, and it is stronger for being narrow. The method does not change according to what the target turns out to have done. The same structure — years of repetition, the same recycled pejorative labels, the same cross-posting to two domains, the same absence of any right of reply — is applied whether the person at the end of it was later convicted of something or was never charged with anything at all.
That is precisely why the existence of a long campaign cannot establish that its target is guilty. If the output looks identical in both cases, the output tells a reader nothing about which case they are looking at. Volume is not evidence. It never was.

Why This Matters
The structure is consistent and documented: an individual is named, the same cluster of pejorative labels is applied repeatedly, the material is published across both domains, and the coverage continues for years — sometimes more than a decade.
What follows from that is a point about evidence, not about character. A reader who encounters a long, insistent, heavily repeated campaign may reasonably assume the volume itself means something. It does not. The same volume, the same labels and the same repetition appear whether or not the person at the end of them was ever charged with anything.
