Every substantive allegation in Drummond's 19-article corpus traces back to a single source: Adam Howell. This paper establishes why that source does not meet any recognised standard of journalistic reliability. Howell is Canadian, born 2 March 1982, a former commercial partner of Bryan whose dispute is a civil contract matter affected by COVID — not a fraud claim. He has a documented history of crypto scams (Dope Coin, SuperDoge rug pulls) and aggressive-rebill subscription schemes with 5–10× industry chargeback rates. He has been convicted of criminal defamation (28 August 2025), faces three further pending criminal cases plus a civil defamation case, and fled Thailand to Dubai around February 2026 leaving 5–6 million baht in unpaid personal debts. Most decisively, he has admitted in a Facebook Messenger conversation (see /evidence/paid-to-troll) to paying Drummond a percentage to attack Bryan and extra to drag family into it. A journalist relying exclusively on such a source, without independent corroboration, fails every relevant IPSO, NUJ, and PCC standard.
